Central Location and Clean Rooms!
convenient location clean rooms rooftop terrace
I found the location convenient near the Opera building. A taxi stop is located right outside the hotel. The rooms were clean. The rooftop terrace with the small pool was a lovely bonus. It is more suitable for a quick dip.
The elevators operated in a slightly inefficient manner. Each elevator is controlled and called for separately.

The location was very nice. It was close to many attractions, and i rarely used transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything i needed. The room (a superior double room courtyard view) was spacious and clean.
The elevators had a bizarre operation. Each elevator was controlled and called separately. The room was relatively small. I found the layout strange with the sink and shower in the room.

perfect location high quality fluffy towels quiet room
the location is amazing! plaza mayor is easily reachable by foot. all provided amenities are high quality. i especially appreciated the fluffy towels and bathrobes! the chocolate treat on the bedside table was a lovely touch. my room was on the first floor, super quiet and the bed was comfortable.
the room service menu lacked basic options. i would have liked to see simple things like pasta or toasted sandwiches.

A decent stay overall
kind staff great location clean room outside noise bizarre elevator inefficient operation
I appreciated the kind staff. They always greeted me with a smile. The room had a GREAT location near many attractions. I found the room to be clean and a good size for me.
The noise from outside persisted until 5am. The windows didn't block it well enough. I found the elevators to have a bizarre operation. Each one was controlled separately.

convenient location modern design rooftop pool
I found the location convenient. It was near many attractions. The room design felt fresh and modern. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, a real bonus on a hot day. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.
I did find the room's storage space quite limited, challenging to unpack completely.

The location was central, so getting to tourist spots was simple. The rooftop pool provided a nice area to relax. I especially liked the pool.
